For years, Alex Zayne gained a cult following as one of the most reckless abdandon backyard wrestlers in the United States, before breaking out with Game Changer Wrestling (GCW) in 2019. Now on display for his highly innovative high flying abilities, he soon became an indie darling throughout the US. He had a brief run in WWE’s NXT program as Ari Sterling in 2021, but has mostly spent his time with New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) where he’s been able to truly showcase his abilities against some of the top junior heavyweights in the world. That aerialism has attracted suitors from around the world, including right here in MAPLE LEAF PRO Wrestling.
