a veteran of the canadian independent scene for twenty years, bridging the old school with the modern classroom, josh alexander has become part of the backbone of canadian professional wrestling. a rugged warrior on the independent circuits of canada and the united states, josh alexander made appearances for ring of honor from 2013 to 2015, but it wasn’t until he arrived in tna wrestling in 2019 that the world finally took notice of one of the wrestling world’s best kept secrets. josh alexander began as a two-time tna world tag team champion and tna x-division champion before embarking on two reigns as the tna world heavyweight champion. his second reign set a new standard in the company’s history, with his 336-day run at the top shattering the previous record of 256 days set by bobby roode in 2011 and 2012.

after accomplishing all he had set out to do in tna wrestling, josh alexander left for all elite wrestling (aew) in 2025, where he joined the callis family’s ranks. a true mlp original, “walking weapon” is the perfect emodiment of the canadian wrestler and a living extension of the vision of maple leaf pro wrestling.
