originally trained by former wwe superstar santino marella at the battle arts academy in mississauga, ontario, aurora teves began in the canadian independent scene in 2016. following the covid-19 shutdown, she headed to the uk “brit wres” scene to continue her training, where she competed for multiple british promotions including pro wrestling eve, insane championship wrestling (icw), futureshock, and tnt extreme. upon returning to north america in 2023, she joined the cast of women of wrestling (wow), where she competes as kara kai, one half of the dojo defenders tag team. she’s a rising star in maple leaf wrestling and continues to push herself in a chance to become a contender for the mlp women’s canadian championship.
