MLP MAYHEM PREVIEW: Wednesday October 28

Two huge matches are on tap for the second part of our three-part special finale of MLP Mayhem, featuring action from MLP Northern Rising held at the Mattamy Athletic Centre (formerly Maple Leaf Gardens) in Toronto. Catch a huge Part Two live on TSN at 12 midnight ET/9pm PT.

MLP WOMEN’S CANADIAN CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH: Priscilla Kelly (c) vs Nikki Storm

Priscilla Kelly made her MAPLE LEAF PRO debut back at MLP Sacred Ground 2025, failing to wrestle the MLP Women’s Canadian Championship from Gisele Shaw. She made her MLP return in episode seven of MLP Mayhem, competing in a four-way Winner’s Match that ultimately saw the MAPLE LEAF PRO debuting “Best in the Galaxy” Nikki Storm win the contest, securing her spot at MLP Northern Rising to face the MLP Women’s Canadian Champion, Gisele Shaw.

But it was a sly win for Storm, who stole the win from the jaws of victory of Priscilla Kelly. Kelly was granted her own title match against champion Gisele Shaw on episode 10 and in shocking fashion, Kelly pinned Shaw to become the NEW MLP Women’s Canadian Champion.

Over the weeks leading up to MLP Northern Rising, Nikki Storm berated Priscilla Kelly, taunting the new champion that her time as MLP’s best was short-lived.

On October 3, 2026, at the former Maple Leaf Gardens, “Hell’s Favourite Harlot” and “The Best in the Galaxy” went to war in a battle to prove who would stand tall as the MLP Women’s Champion.

ANDRADE EL IDOLO vs “RAVENOUS” ROHAN RAJA (with Aurora Teves)

For 602 days, “Ravenous” Rohan Raja was MAPLE LEAF PRO’s most dominant champion as the rightful holder of the PWA Champions Grail. But following a brutal feud with MLP Interim Canadian Champion Stu Grayson that saw Raja lose his coveted Champions Grail, “The Ravenous One” saw his career flash before his eyes.

Raja went to Mexico to represent MLP in CMLL, and it was there that his passion for the industry was reignited and a destiny was forseen. Rohan returned to MLP with a new hunger, tearing down the culture of lucha libre by defeating and unmasking CMLL’s Capitan Suicida on television. He demanded that lucha libre send him its best and the call was answered by Mexico wrestling superstar and reigning AEW National Champion, Andrade El Idolo.

Since accepting the challenge, Rohan Raja attacked Andrade, only angering “The Real Latino Man”, sending the heat for their match at MLP Northern Rising to epic levels!

In Toronto, it was a battle of two warriors, as Andrade and “Ravenous” Rohan Raja went full tilt to prove who was the better man.
